Feeding

Foraging, chicken prefer an area where they can peck, scratch and at the same time forage. In the commercial poultry keeping feed is offered in devices that guarantee an ideal and hygienic nutrient uptake and a preferably low waste of feed. An additional donation of grain into the litter allows the hens a natural pecking and scratching behaviour.
