Switzerland – key points:

1 breeding doe up to 5.5 kg with young animals until weaning: 6000 cm2 in case of raised area, without raised area 7200 cm2
Minimum floor space of an enclosure for fattening rabbits 4800 cm2; space per animal: up to 1.5 kg 1000 cm2, above 1.5 kg 1500 cm2 (in case of groups up to 40 animals)
Enclosure height: for breeding does at least 60 cm and for fattening rabbits at least 50 cm across 35% of the floor area
